Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Arrive in Luoyang, Museum of Luoyang Eastern Zhou Royal Horse and Chariot Pits.  
• 
  English speaking tour guide of Beijingservice will meet you up at Luoyang airport or train station.
  Drive to visit Museum of Luoyang Eastern Zhou Royal Horse and Chariot Pits. Built on the original site of the capital of the Eastern Zhou Period(770-221 B.C), the museum displays some precious relics uncovered. The highlight is the Horse and Chariot Sacrificial Pit, where the emperor’s carriage feet drawn by six horses was be found.
  Afterwards, transfer you to the hotel for check in.

• Day 2. White Horse Temple, Shaolin Temple.  
• 
  Your private guide will pick you up from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Proceed to White Horse Temple. As the cradle of Chinese Buddhism, White Horse Temple has a history of over 1,900 years. It consists of Main Temple, Indian Temple, Burmese Temple Thai Temple and Qiyun Pagoda. Many rare Buddhist statues and relics are housed in the temple.
• Then drive to Dengfeng to visit the Shaolin Temple. The temple is famous for Shaolin Kung Fu in the world. Besides the magnificent architectures and Pagoda Forest, you will have a chance to enjoy the performance of real Shaolin Kung Fu.
  Transfer youj back to the hotel in Luoyang after the tour.

• Day 3. Longmen Grottoes, Departure.

  Your private guide will pick you up from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to Longmen Grottoes. With a history of more than 1,500 years, Longmen Grottoes is the largest treasury of stone carving art, with the most sculptures in the world. 2345 caves and niches, almost 110,000 Buddhist stone statues and more than 2,800 tablet inscriptions can be found in Longmen Grottoes.
• After lunch, transfer you to airport or train station to see off.
