Introduction

Beijing transfer on this page refers to transfer service provided by private vehicle and private driver. It move travelers from one place to another. Most Beijing private transfer covers vehicle, driver and tour guide. Part of transfer only covers driver and vehicle.
In Chinese, Beijing transfer is named '北京接送' or '北京单接送服务'.
The classic transfer of Beijing covers Beijing airport transfer, Beijing train station transfer and Beijing cruise port transfer.

• Traffic Condition

  Traffic of Beijing is heavy, especially during the rush hour. You are suggested to leave enough time for the transfer.
  And we suggest to leave one hour as buffer time when you are transferred to airport for departure flight. For example, travelers are requested to be airport 2 hours before departure time of a domestic flight; driver meet travelers 4 hours before departure time; one hour on the way, and another hour as buffer time in case there is traffic jam.
  

• Driver

  With abundant driving experience, our drivers are very with roads and traffic condition of Beijing. You are suggested to follow the advice of pick up time or driving routes.
  Most driver only speak Chinese, it is necessary to communicate all details well before transferring date if you do not need English speaking tour guide.
  Please include a guide if you think there must be something to be communicated during transfer.
  

• Vehicle

  The vehicle in Beijing covers from 4 seats car to 55 seat coach. So, we can arrange the transfer no matter how many persons there are, or how much luggage you have. The accurate quantity of travelers and luggage should be informed before confirmation.
  A separate luggage vehicle will be arranged when there are plenty of suitcase.
  Air-conditioning is available in all vehicles, except luggage vehicle.
  
  We have deluxe vehicle, such as Audi, Bmw or Benz. Luxury car is only available upon request. The cost of luxury vehicle is much higher than normal vehicle.
  

• Guide

  It is very helpful to have an English speaking tour guide in transfer service. But it increase the transfer cost.
  In order to lower Beijing transfer price, we do not arrange tour guide for single transfer service unless requested by travelers.
  We still suggest a tour guide when you reserve a long way transfer. Such as Beijing to Datong transfer, or Beijing to Chengde transfer.
  

Tipping

Most foreign travelers tip drier and guide after transferring service.
Tipping is loved by all drivers and guide, but they are not permitted to ask for tip during transfer in Beijing. Travelers may tip or no-tip, just do the same as in your own country.

• Payment

  All transfer service should be prepaid, via Wechat, Alipay, Paypal, Credit Card or Bank. Most transfer is less than 500USD, you are suggested to pay via Wechat, Alipay or Paypal.
  The payment should be received at least one day before transfer date.
  

• Beijing Transfer Region

  Beijing transfer covers the transfer within Beijing and long way transfer (transfer from Beijing to other cities, transfer from another city to Beijing).
  
  The ordinary transfer within Beijing covers: Beijing airport transfer, Beijing train station transfer and Beijing hotel transfer.
  Long way transfer covers Chengde, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Datong, Taiyuan, Pingyao, Hohhot, Jining, Shenyang, Dalian, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Baoding, Jinan, etc.
