Xian Transfer

Introduction

Xian transfer mainly covers the service provided by driver and vehicle. A few travelers prefer to include an English speaking guide in the transfer.

Equipped with air-conditioning, vehicle of Xian is available from 5 seats car to 55 seats coach.
After making reservation and payment, the driver will wait you at the appointed place before confirmed time.

Prepayment or deposit is needed before the transfer date. We suggest customers remit payment via Wechat, Paypal or Alipay, which are very convenient.
You are suggested to send us your flight or train details to secure a smooth pick up and transfer. A photo of your ticket is more helpful.

• Itinerary

  After reservation, you will receive confirmation via email within 48 hours including confirmation number, pick up time and place.
  Tour advisor will send driver information to you via email one day before transfer.
  Driver will wait you at appointed place before confirmed time.
  You will be transferred to destination as confirmed.
  Service end.
  

• Airport Transfer

  Xian airport is out of Xian city. Actually it is located in Xianyang, a city around 50 km northwest of Xian. All travelers fly to Xian use this Xianyang International Airport.
  The traffic from this airport to Xian is a little heavy. You are suggested to leave 2 hours as the transfer time.
  After you reserved Xian airport transfer, we often name a pick up place (landmark), which help travelers to find driver.

• Xian Train Station Transfer

  There are several train stations in Xian. Most travelers use 'Xian Station' and 'Xian North Station'.
  Xian station works for the most traditional train(K), direct train (Z) and overnight train. Xian North Station works for most speed train or bullet train.
  Some travelers are confused by the stations of Xian, especially when the tickets was mostly in Chinese. So we suggest you to send us the tickets photo when book the train station transfer.
  Driver will catch a paper with your name outside the exit of train station.

• Workflow

  Most Xian transfer runs in the following sequence.

  Receive confirmation via email including confirmation number.
  Remit payment as you confirmed.
  Got driver info (name, mobie phone number) via email one day in advance.
  Driver catch a paper with your name at appointed place before confirmed pick up time.
  You will be transferred to destination as confirmed.
  Fill in a simple feedback to let us know how the driver work, Service end.
  

• Include

  Most Xian transfer service include :

• Driver

  Most driver of Xian do not speak English. Please communicate all details well with tour advisor upon making reservation.
  It is not suggested to change the transfer details after final confirmation. But you still can call tour advisor in our office if you want communicate with driver.
  

• Luggage

  Please forward your luggage info to tour advisor when make reservation. You need a bigger vehicle when there are many suitcases with you.
  
  

• Payment

  Please send us your payment method and approximate payment time when make reservation.
  The deposit or prepayment is suggested to reach our account at least one week before transfer time.
  Wechat is one of the most popular payment methods in China. You can pay anything via Wechat after having an account.
  

• Private transfer VS Taxi

  Taxi is available in airport and train station of Xian. But travelers needs to wait in line for the taxi because so many travelers reach Xian with flight or train within the same hour. It is not comfortable for travelers to take luggage to taxi station and then wait & walk 20 to 60 minutes in a long line.
  
  Xian private transfer makes you more decent. After a reservation of Xian transfer service, drive will catch a sign with your name in waiting hall of airport or outside of exit of train station. Then driver will lead to you to private vehicle directly.
  Compared with waiting for taxi, Xian transfer service help travelers to save much time and energy, and offer you a chance of having good mood of the day.
