Introduction

  Yingxian Wooden Pagoda(Shakyamuni Pagoda, 应县木塔) and Hanging Temple(悬空寺) are located around 70 km south of Datong, on the way to Taiyuan.
  Datong Volcano Group is around 30 km north of Datong.

• Start Place

  Most travelers start Datong trip from downtown hotel, Yungang Airport or Datong Train Station.
  Some travelers start the Datong tour from Beijing. The trip covers the flight or train from Beijing to Datong and the local sightseeing of Datong.
  
  Few travelers start the Datong tour from Taiyuan. We will arrange a private vehicle to pick up travelers from hotel of downtown Taiyuan. The sightseeing may overs the places on the way to Datong as well as the downtown attractions in Datong.
