Detailed Itinerary
- Beijing Zoo, Beijing Hutong, Confucius Temple and Tiananmen Square
Be met by our English speaking tour guide at hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
Then go to Beijing Zoo to see Great Panda. Beijing Zoo is home to more than 5,000 animals of 500 different species.
Proceed to Beijing Hutong. You can experience the lifestyle of old Beijingers from the large or small courtyard. Take rickshaw to visit the ancient Beijing Hutong including Local family, Drum tower, Shichahai Lake (also called Houhai Lake) and bar street.
Have lunch on a local restaurant.- After lunch, go on to Confucius Temple and Imperial College Museum. It was the place where people pay respects to Confucius and the highest educational institution in ancient China.
Drive to visit Tiananmen Square afterwards. The square is surrounded by many well-known cultural and political institutions, like the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao Zedong, the Monument of the Peoples Heroes, the Great Hall of the People and the National Museum.
