  • Luoyang Private One Day tour of Longmen Grottoes and Museum of Luoyang Eastern Zhou Royal Horse and Chariot Pits  

  • Your private guide will pick you up from hotel at 08:30am.

    Visit Longmen Grottoes in the morning. Represented by well-preserved pagodas, carvings and statues, Longmen Grottoes is the largest and most impressive Buddhist cave in China. It was included as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.
  • After lunch, visit Museum of Luoyang Eastern Zhou Royal Horse and Chariot Pits. This is a special museum mainly displays the giant horse and chariot sacrificial pit of Eastern Zhou Period (770-221 B.C). It is the only site to display the emperor’s carriage drawn by six horses in the world.

    Transfer you back to the hotel after the tour.
