Day 1.
Arrive in Beijing, transfer from the airport to the hotel

Day 2.
Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Olympic Venues (B, L)

Day 3.
Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs, Roast Duck Dinner and Acrobatic Show (B, L, D)

Day 4.
Temple of Heaven, BeijingXian (B, L)

Day 5.
Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Hot Spring, Drum Tower and Muslim Street (B, L)

Day 6.
Province Museum, City Wall, Great Mosque, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Dynasty Dinner and Show (B, L, D)

Day 7.
XianLhasa, Nietang Buddha (B, L, D)

Day 8.
Potala Palace, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka Park and a typical Tibetan Family (B, L, D)

Day 9.
Drepung Monastery, Jokhang Temple, the Barkhor Street, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital, the local Carpet Factory (B, L, D)

Day 10. Lhasa – Gyantze – Shigatse
Start from Lhasa. 
Visit Yamzho Lake, pass Karuo La Glacier
Arrive in Gyantze, visit Palkor Monastery, TSONG BURG
Drive to Shigatse, check-in the hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 11.  Shigatse – Dingri
Visit TASHILUNPO. Drive to Dingri. Check in the hotel in Dingri. (B, L, D)

Day 12. One-day explore at Everest
Take carriage to visit Everest base camp. Explore the Everest within permitted area.
Stay over night in tent at Everest base camp (If you feel Altitude sickness, we return to Dingri). (B, L, D)

Day 13. Everest – Shigatse
It is too long to Lhasa within one-day, we have to stay one night on the way in Shigatse (B, L, D)

Day 14. Shigatse – Lhasa
Arrive in Lhasa in the afternoon, remainder of the day is for resting in the hotel in Lhasa. (B, L, D)

Day 15. Lhasa – Shanghai (B)

Day 16.
Yu Garden and Jade Pagoda Temple, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Nanjing Road and the Bund (B, L)

Day 17.
Depart from Shanghai, transfer from the hotel to the airport (B)
