Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Reach Beijing.  
• 
  Our guide will wait for you at the exit of airport.
  Then the guide and driver will transfer you to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free.

• Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace.  
• 
  Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Firstly go to Tiananmen Square, the largest downtown square in the world. It is the place where many political and historical events took place.
  Enter the Forbidden City afterwards. Forbidden City was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911). It is the essence of ancient Chinese palace architecture.
• After lunch in a local restaurant, go on visiting Temple of Heaven, the largest sacrificial building complex in the world. It features precise structure and magnificent decoration.
  Proceed to the largest imperial garden of China, Summer Palace. It perfectly combines the natural scenery and artificial landscape.
  Back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.

• Day 3. Ming Tombs, Mutianyu Great Wall.  
• 
  Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Firstly drive to the Ming Tombs, an imperial tomb area of 600 years ago. In total, 13 emperors were buried in this place, also known as the "Thirteen Ming Tombs". Visit Changling, the earliest and largest one among the 13 tombs.
• Then visit Mutianyu Great Wall. It is the longest fully-restored Great Wall with 22 original style watchtowers.
  Back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.

• Day 4. Beijing Zoo, Beijing Hutong, Lama Temple.  
• 
  Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Firstly visit the earliest and one of the biggest zoo in China, Beijing Zoo. There are many rare animals and birds in the zoo, including lovely giant pandas.
• Then visit Beijing Hutong. Here you can find the traditional culture and way of life of old Beijing. Take a rickshaw to experience the daily life of people living in the old lanes.
  Go on visiting Lama Temple, a well preserved Tibetan monastery in Beijing. It was once a prince residence. The buildings are topped with ornately decorated yellow roofs and combines Han and Tibetan styles.
  Back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.

• Day 5. Jinshanling Great Wall, outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube.  
• 
  Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Drive about 2.5 hours to visit Jinshanling Great Wall. Jinshanling is a remote section with many original features. It is the perfect place to take pictures and hike.
• Then go to Olympic Park to admire the two magnificent buildings, Bird Nest and Water Cube. They have become the landmark structures of modern Beijing.
  Back to your hotel after the tour at about 18:00.

• Day 6. Xiushui Market, Hongqiao Market, Beijing Roast Duck Dinner, Acrobatic Show  
• 
  Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 08:30am.
• We will go to the two famous markets in Beijing, Xiushui Market and Hongqiao Market. You can find various kinds of items on the markets, like silk, pearls, fashion clothes, bags, shoes and so on. If you would like to other markets or shopping center, please inform us in advance.
• Then go to have Beijing Roast Duck as dinner. Roast Duck is a delicious food with Beijing local flavor.
  Enjoy Chinese Acrobatic Show at night. Acrobatics is one of the most popular art forms in China.
  Back to your hotel after the show.

• Day 7.Exit Beijing.  
• 
  Our guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and transfer to the airport to catch you flight.
