Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Arrival, Ancient City Wall, Shaanxi Folk Custom Park, North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda.  
• 
  
• Arrive in Beijing. You will be met by your guide from airport or train station and transferred to visit Ancient City Wall. With a history of over 600 years, the wall consists of various military fortifications including city gates, tunnels, watchtowers, battlements and ramparts.
  Then visit Shaanxi Folk Custom Culture Park to get an impression of Shaanxi Local folk culture. Many strange folk customs are displayed with sculptures.
  Continue to North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda. You can find the biggest musical and light fountain and largest-scale sculptures in Asia in the square. The outside view of Big Wild Goose Pagoda looks more attractive in the colorful lights at night.
• Be driven to the hotel for check in after dinner.

• Day 2. Stele Forest Museum, Xian Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Tang Paradise.  
• 
  Meet your private guide from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Head to Stele Forest Museum firstly. The museum was built on the site of the Confucius Temple. More than 11,000 stone inscriptions, epigraphs and Buddhist statues are housed in the museum.
• After lunch, visit Xian Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum. The museums collects more than 20,000 pieces of works, tools, including raw materials and graphic materials provided by 1,000 folk artists and heirs in Xian. Many old objects can hardly be found in modern life.
  Move on to Tang Paradise, the first and largest cultural theme park in China. The park displays various aspects of Tang Dynasty(618-907), including architecture, folk custom, business, politics, entertainment and arts.
  Be driven back to the hotel after the tour.

• Day 3. Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Yongxing Fang Street, Dumpling dinner, Tang Dynasty Show.

  Meet your private guide from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Start our tour with the famous Terracotta Army, also known as Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Terracotta Army is one of the most significant archeological excavations in 20th century. It is the army replica of Qin Dynasty (221-207BC). A large collection of pottery figures，chariots and horses in battle formations were made to protect the afterlife of the first emperor of China, Qin Shihuang.
• Proceed to Shaanxi History Museum after lunch. This comprehensive museum houses more than 370,000 historic and cultural relics displaying the origins and development of ancient China.
  Move on to Yongxing Fang Street. The street is a complex of Guanzhong Arches and classical architectures. Many folk snacks and products made with the old craft processing can be found here.
• Enjoy Dumpling dinner and Tang Dynasty Show at night. With a history of about 1800 years, Chinese Dumpling had become a symbol of Chinese culture. Tang Dynasty show is a performance originated over a thousand years ago. The musicians present the music with the Tang-dynasty-style musical instruments and the dancers wear a Tang dynasty-style robe with long white silk sleeves.
  Be driven back to the hotel after the show.

• Day 4. Xian Jiaotong University, Xingqing Palace Park, Shaanxi Natural Museum, DIY a Cake.  
• 
  Meet your private guide from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Take a leisurely stroll in Xian Jiaotong University, one of the earliest institutions of higher learning in China. The ancient buildings in the university are full of artistic atmosphere.
  Go on to a beautiful local park in Ancient Chinese Style, Xingqing Palace Park. The park combines the characteristics of traditional Chinese architectural culture and foreign landscaping.
• After lunch, drive to Shaanxi Natural Museum. The whole museum has five themes: life sciences, geology, paleontology, ecology and technology. The life science is the main feature. Then DIY a cake with your family.
  Be transferred back to the hotel after the tour.

• Day 5. Departure.
