Places to Start Beijing Package Tours

Most Beijing package tour start from Beijing International Airport.  
When you take private package tour,  private tour guide will meet you from waiting hall of airport.  If you take group package, driver will meet you from ariport in time.  Then you will be transferred to hotel in downtown Beijing.

Some travelers reach Beijing via demostic or international train, our tour guide will meet travelers from exit of Beijing Railway Station.

International cruise travelers reach Xingang Port of Tianjin,  we can start the Beijing packae tour from Xingang Port with morning pick up by private tour guide and vehicle at around 08:30 am.

Itinerary of Classic Beijing Package Tour

A classic Beijing package tour covers 4 or 5 days itinerary in Beijing.
Travelers reach Beijing on 1st day. Remainder of the 1st day will be at leisure.  Travelers may take a walk near hotel after checking in.
On the second day, we will show the downtown top attractions in Beijing, usually it is Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace.
One the third day, travelers will visit Ming Tombs on the morning.  In the afternoon, travelers will visit one part of Great Wall, such as Badaling Great Wall or Mutianyu Great Wall.
On 4th tour date, travelers will be transferred to airport for departure if it is a 4 days package tour.
Travelers will discover deep in downtown Beijing on 4th day, include Beijing Hutong, Lama Temple, Olympic Park and National Museum. 
Most travelers will departure on 5th day.

Visiting Sequence of Attractions  in Beijing Package

We will arrange the Great Wall sightseeing on the day before departure date because travelers will be tired after climbing the Great Wall. Out tour guide will take the sightseeing according to the schedule as we confirmed. But drive and guide will decide the visiting sequence based on weather and traffic condition. For sure, our tour guide will communicate with clients and inform our office in advance.

Airport Transfer on Arrival

We will arrange private vehicle for airport transfer for both private Beijing package tour and bus package. The only difference is Beijing bus package tour do not include tour guide. Travelers may decide the tour guide for airport transfer when they use Beijing private package tour. Please inform our tour advisor when you have plenty of luggage; we will arrange separate vehicle to transfer the luggage.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be arranged in hotel if your package tour include hotel accommodation. We still suggest you to use your breakfast and pay cash for it in hotel if you arrange hotel on your own and the hotel cost price do not cover breakfast. Our tour guide and vehicle can take travelers to use breakfast in local restaurant upon request based on extra cost, because this needs an early get up.

Lunch

Beijing package day tour covers lunch on each sightseeing day. Travelers may talk about the flavor and restaurant with private package tour guide. Lunch of bus package tour will be arranged in fixed restaurant. Travelers will share one table with other English speaking travelers on same bus. Sometimes we will arrange buffet lunch for the tour. Refund is not available when cancel lunch on tour. Usually the Lunch is arranged at around 12:00-13:00. The time is subject to change based on traffic condition.

Dinner

Dinner is not arranged unless requested by travelers. Usually we will transfer travelers back to hotel before dinner time. Then travelers may discover a restaurant or cafe near hotel. The hotel included in Beijing package tour enjoy the best location. There are many restaurant and shopping place near the hotel. And there are restaurants in hotel. It is convenient for travelers to find restaurant.

Mobile Phone Card in Beijing

It is helpful if you have a local Beijing phone number when stay several days in Beijing. You may ask our tour advisor to arrange one card for you. It is easy to contact your family or our tour guide.

Evening Performance in Beijing Package Tour

There will be no or one performance arranged in Beijing package tour. Beijing Opera, Acrobatic Show and Chinese Kongfow Show are the main performances in Beijing. We suggest Acrobatic Show. Travelers may choose other performance when make reservation with our tour advisor.

The time of evening performance is at around 19:30 to 20:40. Travelers will be transferred back to hotel after performance.

Payment Method

Beijingservice team accept payment or deposit via Bank, Credit Card, Alipay or PayPal. Travelers may pay full payment to our bank in advance; or pay deposit when make reservation and then make balance in cash in Beijing. Extra 3% handling fee will be charged by bank.

Change or cancel Beijing Package Tour

Beijing package tour reservation can be changed after confirmation. But we suggest travelers to make change at least one week before tour date, which will leave us enough time to change details. We will refund unpaid service to travelers if the package tour have to be canceled.
