Cancellation Policy of China Tour

 

Cancellation Policy of China tour when travel with BeijingService. 
Sometimes travelers to have cancel China tour reservation.  Part of service providers needs some handling fee or cost when we cancel service from them. 
We have two cancellation polity for your choice:


Option 1
There is no cancellation charge if the travel supplier (airlines, hotel, theatre...) do not charge us.
We understand that travelers have to cancel when unexpected matters occurs against your wish.

If you want to cancel the trip, the cancellation notice must made by email or fax. We will calculate the cancellation charge on the day upon receiving the cancellation email by Beijing time. If a refund is required there will be an extra handling fee of USD 50. All refunds to the client will be processed within 16 days upon receipt of your cancellation email.

Travelers may also use the #2 cancellation policy if you think the #1 is not precise.







Option 2
The handling fee is different based on the date of cancellation notice.
The cancellation charge is different based on the date of your cancellation notice:

Cancellation policy for multi-city China tour:
10 % -- 50 days to 30 days before the confirmed tour date.
15% -- 29 days to 15 days before the confirmed tour date.
20% -- 14 days to 10 days before the confirmed tour date.
25% -- 9 days to 2 days before the confirmed tour date.
30% -- within 2 days prior to the confirmed tour date.

Cancellation policy for one day tour:
0 % -- above 7 days before the confirmed tour date.
15% -- 3-7 days before the confirmed tour date.
20% -- 2 days to 10 days before the confirmed tour date.
30% -- 1 days to 2 days before the confirmed tour date.
100% -- cancel on tour date.


Note
1. Above cancellation handling fee is subject to change based on different tours reserved by travelers.
2. Emergency cancellation need to be noticed by both email and telephone when there is less than 7 days to tour date.
