Dear Mr. Frank, thank you for your email. Yes, we can arrange this winter trip for you and your family. The Skiing trip can be arranged in Nanshan Skiing Resort. This the best skiing resort in Beijing area. After the skiing you may stay one night in the wooden house in the skiing resort or be transfered back to downtown.
As for the Christian Church, we suggest Gangwashi Christian Church, which can be combined with Beijing downtown attractions. We we a 4 days Christian tour. Please find details on the page. Part of travelers prefer to order dish by menu and pay restaurant in cash. There is no problem. As for shopping, the shopping price is based on one shopping top on each sightseeing day. This means there are total 3 shopping stop in this 3 days Christian excursion. It is 40 minutes for each shopping stop. Travelers may pick up things they like, no push on buying.
