Detail Itinerary
Day 1. Entry Beijing, Temple of Heaven.
Arrive at Beijing airport.
Be picked by private vehicle and English speaking tour guide from Beijingservice.com. Be transferred to hotel.
After a short rest in hotel, visit Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420, Temple of Heaven is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. Take sightseeing in the attraction for one hour. Be transferred back to hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure.




Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Kungfu Show
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Visit Tiananmen Square -the biggest downtown Square of the world. Walk around on Tiananmen Square. Then we will enter the Forbidden City from the north end of Tiananmen Square. Forbidden City also called Palace Museum and is located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Rectangular in shape, Forbidden City is the world's largest palace complex. Take sightseeing in Forbidden City along the central axis for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Then we will drive to Summer palace - 20 kilometers northwest of downtown Beijing. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. Take sightseeing for 1 to 1.5 hours. Have dinner in a restaurant with Beijing local favor. Enjoy Kungfu Show in the theatre.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)



Day 3. Ming Tombs, Sacred Way, Badaling Great Wall .
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Drive one and half hours to the Ming Tombs. Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing, Ming Tombs consist of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors. Changling is the most famous one. Construction of the Changling was started in 1409 and completed in 1427. Visit the tomb for one hour. Move on to visit the Sacred Way for half an hour. Move on to the famous Badaling Great Wall -the most famous section of Great Wall, well maintained. It is easy to walk along this section of defensive project of ancient China. Take sightseeing on Badaling Great Wall for about 2 hours. Cable car is arranged to get the top to have a bird view of the wall. Drive back to Beijing city to have Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner. Eating Peking duck is seen to be one of the two things you are absolutely supposed to do while in Beijing. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4. Beijing Hutong Tour, Beijing - Shanghai
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Be transferred to Beijing Hutong -ancient city alley in Beijing. Many of them were built during the Yuan (1206-1341), Ming (1368-1628) and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties surrounding the Forbidden City. Take rickshaw to visit the ancient Beijing Hutong including Drum tower, Local family, Shicha Lake, Kindergarten and Bar Street. Be transferred to airport to connect flight to Shanghai. Shanghai tour guide will meet you in Shanghai airport, and transfer to your hotel. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Day 5. Suzhou
Pick you up from hotel at 08:30.
Drive to Suzhou to visit the Garden of the Master of the Nets -the smallest of the Suzhou residential gardens, yet it is the most impressive one.
Then visit the Humble Administrator's Garden -the largest private garden in Suzhou and one of the four most famous classical gardens in China.
Proceed to Grand Canal - part of 1700-kilometer-long China Grand Grand Canal starts from Beijing and ends in Hangzhou.
Stop at Silk Factory (where you may interested in building a quilt) before we drive back to your hotel after the while day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Day 6. Shanghai
Pick you up from hotel at 09:00.
Visit the Town God's Temple. Then we will visit Shanghai Museum-known as the Museum of Ancient Chinese Art, where you will find more than 120,000 precious and rare works of art.
Proceed to Oriental Pearl TV Tower -the world's third tallest TV and radio tower, which combines ancient concepts with 21st Century technology. Look around the Nanjing Road and the Bund -famous waterfront with art-like buildings in China, the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years.
Enjoy Acrobatic Show in the evening. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 7. Departure
Transfer to airport for departure. (Breakfast)

8. It need half an hour's climbing to reach the wall from the foot of the mountain. So we arranged cable car for you to save your time and strength. .
