Detail Itinerary
Day 1. Entry Beijing, Temple of Heaven
Arrive at Beijing airport.
Be picked by private vehicle and English speaking tour guide from Beijingservice.com. Be transferred to hotel. Have a short rest in hotel. Drive to visit Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420, Temple of Heaven is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. Take sightseeing in the attraction for one hour. Be transferred back to hotel. Remainder of the day is at free.


Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Acrobatic Show
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Visit Tiananmen Square -the biggest downtown Square of the world. Walk around on Tiananmen Square.
Then we will enter the Forbidden City from the north end of Tiananmen Square. Forbidden City also called Palace Museum and is located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Rectangular in shape, Forbidden City is the world's largest palace complex. Take sightseeing in Forbidden City along the central axis for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Then we will drive to Summer palace - 20 kilometers northwest of downtown Beijing. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. Take sightseeing for 1 to 1.5 hours. Have dinner in a restaurant with Beijing local favor. Enjoy Acrobatic Show in the theatre. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)




Day 3. Ming Tombs, Sacred Way, Badaling Great Wall
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Drive one and half hours to the Ming Tombs. Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing, Ming Tombs consist of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors. Changling is the most famous one. Construction of the Changling was started in 1409 and completed in 1427. Visit the tomb for one hour. Move on to visit the Sacred Way for half an hour.
Move on to the famous Badaling Great Wall -the most famous section of Great Wall, well maintained. It is easy to walk along this section of defensive project of ancient China. Take sightseeing on Badaling Great Wall for about 2 hours. Cable car is arranged to get the top to have a bird view of the wall. Drive back to Beijing city to have Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4. Beijing Hutong Tour, Beijing - Shanghai
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Be transferred to Beijing Hutong -ancient city alley in Beijing. Many of them were built during the Yuan (1206-1341), Ming (1368-1628) and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties surrounding the Forbidden City. Take rickshaw to visit the ancient Beijing Hutong including Drum tower, Local family, Shicha Lake, Kindergarten and Bar Street. Be transferred to airport to connect flight to Shanghai. Shanghai tour guide will meet you in Shanghai airport. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 5. Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Nanjing Road and the Bund, River Cruise
Pick up from your hotel.
Visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower -the world's third tallest TV and radio tower, which combines ancient concepts with 21st Century technology.
Then we will visit Nanjing Road and the Bund -famous waterfront with art-like buildings in China, the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. Have a short Cruise on Huangpu River. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Day 6. Yu Garden and Market, Shanghai Museum, Departure

Be picked up from your hotel .
Visit Yu Garden -one of the best Suzhou-style gardens in southern China. Then we will visit city tour to visit Shanghai Museum - known as the Museum of Ancient Chinese Art, where you will find more than 120,000 precious and rare works of art.
Be transferred to airport to connect flight. (Breakfast, Lunch) (B)

8. It needs half an hour's climbing to reach the wall from the foot of the mountain. So we arranged cable car for you to save your time and strength. .
