Visit Beijing Natural History Museum. Built in 1951, Beijing Museum of Natural History covers an area of 24,000 square meters, including 8,000 square meters for display. The museum bears three main functions: the specimen collection,
the academic research and the science popularization of paleontology, zoology, botany and anthropology.
Proceed to restaurant to have lunch and a short rest.
After lunch, visit China Military Museum. As the first and only comprehensive military museum, the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution covers an area of 60,000 square meters. The
museum houses ten halls, the largest of which is the Hall of Weapons. The other nine halls include the Hall of the War to Resist Japanese Aggression, Hall of the War of Liberation of China, Hall of Ancient Wars, Hall of Modern Wars, Hall of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea and etc.
Go to visit Olympic Park. As the major venue of the 2008 Olympic Games, the Olympic Park contains three areas including the Forest Park in the north, major venue and supporting facilities area in the center and the completed stadiums and the reserved area. The completed stadiums contains the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), National Swimming Center (Water Cube) and the National Indoor Stadium (Folding Fans). Have an outside view of the park.
Transfer back to hotel after the whole day tour.
