Beijing Chengde Tour
- 7 Days Private Tour of Beijing and Chengde by Bus

Day 1. Entry Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, your tour guide will pick you up from airport and transfer to a 4 star hotel.


Day 2. Beijing
Pick up from your hotel around 9:00 am.
Drive to the Famous Forbidden City, the largest ancient imperial palaces group with 500 years history in the world. Visiting the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north. Drive to the Temple of Heaven, the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world. Drive to restaurant to have Chinese lunch.
Drive to and visit Summer Palace - the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden.

Day 3. Beijing
Pick you up from hotel around 9:00 am, then drive to the famous Badaling Great Wall.
Sightseeing on Great Wall Badaling section for 2 hours. Cable car available for you to get to the highest point to have a bird view. Drive 30minutes to restaurant and having typical Chinese lunch. Drive 20minutes to the Ming Tombs, the best preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history, and visit Changling, the largest one, Emperor Yongle’s Tomb.
Transfer you back to your hotel.
Taste the delicious Beijing Roast Duck dinner. Enjoy Beijing Opera in the evening. Transfer to your hotel after the tour.

Day 04. Beijing - Chengde
Drive to Chengde in the morning, check in a 4 star hotel of Chengde. After lunch, visit Chengde Summer Resort.
In 1703, Qing emperor Kang Xi built a summer palace and gardens, calling his summer residence Bihushanzhuang (fleeing-the-heat mountain hamlet). Under his grandson Qianlong it had grown to the size of Beijing's Forbidden City and Summer Palace combined. Qianlong built many pieces of minorities architectures, especially Tibetan.

Day 05. Chengde
Pick up from your hotel. Take full day tour in Chengde including the famous Eight Temples. Transfer back to your hotel in Chengde after the tour. (B,L,D)



Day 06. Chengde - Beijing
Drive back to Beijing. Visit the Great Wall at Jinshanling on the way back. Transfer back to the 4 star hotel in Beijing.

Day 07. Departure
After a relaxed breakfast in your hotel, we will transfer you to the airport for departure.
