Dear Jasper,
Now that I am home and have access to email, I wanted to take the time to thank you. My family really enjoyed the tour with Cathy. Cathy and the bus driver gave us a great tour of Bejing and took us to places that we would not have seen on our own. It was unfortunate that our ship docked so late, but Cathy rescheduled our days so that we could see the most important sights. Everyone in my group was pleased with the guide, tour and price. I am sorry about our indecisiveness about the Shanghai tour; as it turned out, we all went our separate ways in small groups as no one could agree on what to do.
Finally, thank you for organizing the two days. You answered all my questions, of which there were many, and you always responded to my emails promptly. You provide an outstanding service, and I will surely recommend your agency to anyone I know visiting China. Your ability to communicate to your clients and organize the many aspects of the tours is impressive.

Pam was a mine of information.
She was very helpful a and joined in with the family in all ways.
I would suggest that when eating meals that the guide is also included with the tour group.This is because while we were eating we had so many questions about the food we were eating,and generally about China that it was a good time to talk.Please thank Pam for us and please make sure that she emails me as we would like to keep in touch.

My wife and I were absolutely delighted with every aspect of the tour. Christy was an excellent guide - it was a real pleasure to meet her. She took care of every aspect of the trip and was an excellent companion. The driver was pleasant and we felt perfectly safe being driven by him.

The guide was OK, the restaurant choices were good, and the car was good.
Yoru services are a little expensive, but I would use them again next time I am in Beijing. It worth the money. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Sandy was absolutely fabulous. She was very informative, and extremely patient with my 3 children who were at times quite difficult as they were tired. Sandy made our visit to Xian very special, and I would like to once again thank her for that.

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the tour greatly. Judy, our guide, was very pleasant, nice, and accommodating to our needs and requests. She provided much information and history about your city, country, and the sights we visited. She was always on time and allowed us as much time as we needed to visit the sights and locations. I am writing to you to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Beijing. We all had a great time and I think it was mainly because we had such a great tour guide, Kathy. Kathy was wonderful. Her English was very good and her knowledge of everywhere we went was amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions, not only about the history of Beijing, but about China in general. She was very pleasant and all of us felt very comfortable with her.
The itineraries you made for us were great too. We enjoyed learning about all the historical sites, eating the food at the wonderful restaurants you chose for us and watching the Peking Opera and Kung Fu show.
Also, your drivers were great too. It was very nice to have the van waiting for us each time we went from one place to another. They were both very nice and very good at driving in Beijing, which to me would be very difficult.

I can't say enough good things about our trip. It was great from beginning to end. We were very impressed that Kathy and Mr. Hua even stayed late with us when we decided to see the Kung Fu Show. They were both very accommodating to our wishes which we liked very much.
I would highly recommend your tour company to anyone I know who is visiting Beijing. I would also highly recommend Kathy for their guide because of her great knowledge of everywhere we visited. We came to Beijing not knowing very much about China's history. But because of Kathy, we came home knowing not only a lot about China's history, but also a lot about China today.
Thank you for such an amazing experience. Because of your tour company, my family had a trip that we will remember all our lives.
