I rate the overall experience with Beijing service as "Excellent".
The guide service was very knowledgeable about the history of each site that we visited.
The communication in English was very fluent and without any problems.
The drive service was always on time.
The vehicle condition was very comfortable for the trip and the climate control was good too.
The lunch was plenty, the site visited was very nice.
Related to the shopping we did not spent too much time on that, we only visited a tea house but no shopping was performed, however I don't think there was any problem with that.
The tour arrangement was good, without any problems.
The guide also recommended me to visit the Shanghai acrobats, even though it was not part of her job, that was very nice of her. Unfortunately there was not time to get tickets due to my customer visit during my stay.
Overall I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the tour guide. Please tell her that I was very happy, and if I know anyone that likes to go visit Shanghai, I will recommend her.

I wanted you to know how pleased we were with the services you provided for us visit to Beijing.
Our guide,Juan Li was on time to pick us up at the ship's dock in Xingang for our rather long trip to Beijing. Juan kept a very cheerful attitude for both days although I know she must have been very tired after touring with us for two long days. I know we were tired. We want to give her high marks for her guide efforts.
Linda (Juan Li) gave us a marvelous tour of Beijing and all the sites in and around the city on the first day. The second day was the Great Wall and your suggestion about the HuTong was fine. Lunch and dinner were outstanding and the forth row seats for the acrobatic show were more than we expected.We found the Capitol Hotel very nice and the breakfast was good, offering a variety of foods.

Cathy and the bus driver gave us a great tour of Bejing and took us to places that we would not have seen on our own. I am sorry about our indecisiveness about the Shanghai tour; as it turned out, we all went our separate ways in small groups as no one could agree on what to do.

The guide was OK, the restaurant choices were good, and the car was good.
Yoru services are a little expensive, but I would use them again next time I am in Beijing. It worth the money. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I am writing to you to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Beijing. We all had a great time and I think it was mainly because we had such a great tour guide, Kathy. Kathy was wonderful. Her English was very good and her knowledge of everywhere we went was amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions, not only about the history of Beijing, but about China in general. She was very pleasant and all of us felt very comfortable with her.
The itineraries you made for us were great too. We enjoyed learning about all the historical sites, eating the food at the wonderful restaurants you chose for us and watching the Peking Opera and Kung Fu show.
Also, your drivers were great too. It was very nice to have the van waiting for us each time we went from one place to another. They were both very nice and very good at driving in Beijing, which to me would be very difficult.

I can't say enough good things about our trip. It was great from beginning to end. We were very impressed that Kathy and Mr. Hua even stayed late with us when we decided to see the Kung Fu Show. They were both very accommodating to our wishes which we liked very much.
I would highly recommend your tour company to anyone I know who is visiting Beijing. I would also highly recommend Kathy for their guide because of her great knowledge of everywhere we visited. We came to Beijing not knowing very much about China's history. But because of Kathy, we came home knowing not only a lot about China's history, but also a lot about China today.

In regard to the tour in Guangzhou, everything was excellent with the exception of the lunch. I thought the meal was average. I liked our guide and driver very much and would highly recommend them.

My wife and son are leaving for home this morning, but before they do, we wanted to send you an e mail to thank you for a very nice time spent in Beijing. The tour was great, my son, Ram, had a thrill when he saw that Cindy, our guide, was holding his name on the placard at the train station and wondered all day how she knew his name, thanks.
The forbidden city, summer palace and Ming tombs was very interesting, the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall was very scenic and not crowded as you said, we had some great pictures and videos to show back home. We also had fun at the ski resort, snowboarding was not as easy as it looked, but was an experience, we should have stayed longer. Ram would most likely not forget his first encounter with snow.

Cindy was very informative and kind all through out the trip, the first thing my son said when they left us was "I am going to miss Cindy." We will all miss her, please give her our thanks. She is great tour guide.
We hope in the future that we will be able to go back to China and we look forward to seeing it again with your team.

We really enjoyed travelling and visiting Chengde, Datong, Pingyao and Taiyuan with your company.
Vehicles were very confortable and spacious. Travel arrangements were well done. Meals were quite good and always different. I really like the tripe we got the last day in Chengde. Just once we had some difficulties with one meal because only spicy foods were served. Maybe it would also be good to have once some special meals such as hot pot .... Overall we were very impressed by the large variety of courses.
We thank you for the very good journey we had in China and it will be with pleasure we will travel again with your company. I would be very happy to go to Chengdu, Dali and Canton, but it will be for the future.

I am the Janet Johnston part of the Robert and Janet Johnston
partnership; you have been corresponding with Bob many times to organise
our tour when in China, and now Bob has asked that I put together some
thoughts for you as to how I felt about our dealings with you and the
company, and how our tour went in general.

First of all we would like to say an enormous thank you for all that you
did in organising what was often, constantly changing ideas, and
accommodating us both before we arrived in China and during our time
there. We just loved China and certainly would like to return there at
some point and visit your country further. Next time we would like to
see more provinces to be able to appreciate the vast and obvious
differences that occur with them. The other thing that we would change
is the time of year that we visit. Our only disappointment while in
Beijing was that it was mostly very hazy, partly heat haze and probably
partly pollution, and so the wonderful colours did not stand out. We
saw a little bit of blue sky and sunshine when we visited the Great Wall
but other than that we did not see blue sky and crisp outlines and so
could not fully appreciate the beauty of the country.

We were very pleased indeed with all of our dealings with you; you did
not hesitate to go the extra mile for us and we so very much appreciated
this. We enjoyed both our tours very much. Cindy, the guide who took
Kelvin and myself to Lama Temple, Hutong District, and Tiananmen Square
was really wonderful. We found Cindy to be very friendly, spoke and
comprehended English very well, and we thoroughly enjoyed the day we
spent with her. Her knowledge of the subject we were visiting was very
good. The driver of the van was also very helpful and an accomplished
driver.

Our day at the Great Wall was a very special experience for us all and
we were so very grateful to you and the company that you were able to
accommodate us to take us there at such short notice. Lilly, our guide,
was a totally delightful young woman. She had a wonderful command of
English and a lovely warm personality. We enjoyed her company very
much. The driver too once again was an excellent driver and very
willing to cooperate with whatever was required of him. The tour that
day will stay in our memories as a very special day. Visiting the Great
Wall was a wonderful and awe inspiring experience; we all felt it a
privilege to be there and to personally walk and witness such an
enormous undertaking. Our tour in the afternoon to the Summer Palace
was also a very moving experience and we now have wonderful photographs
to remind us. Lilly's knowledge of the history of these places was also
very good.

I must particularly mention that we were so thrilled to have stayed at
Prince Jun Hotel in Beijing and would thoroughly recommend it for people
from our side of the world to stay at. We were so amazed at the
beautiful grounds, buildings and gardens within the hotel complex, and
if we had not seen anything else of Beijing, the grounds of the hotel
were an experience in Chinese culture themselves. We have wonderful
photographs to remind us of this.

I hope this has been helpful for you Jasper. Once again our very
sincere thanks for all your efforts on our behalf; we so very much
appreciated all that you did and enjoyed being able to communicate with
you. It was particularly good that you really understood what was asked
of you and things didn't get confused in the translation!

My family just returned this evening from our 7-day trip from Houston, TX to Beijing, China.
I am happy to provide an especially good reference for the 2-day tour we experienced with beijingservice.
There were five persons in our group from age 18 thru age 56, including four females and one male.
As promised, we were escorted in a nice air-conditioned minivanto every sight and area listed in their itinerary.
Our English-speaking tour guide, May, was prompt, reliable and most informed about every attraction we visited.
Our drivers were experienced, safe and courteous. They picked us up in our hotel lobby each morning.
The sites were perfectly selected, the meals were top quality and plentiful (especially the Peking Duck!), and we learned a lot about the different crafts at the shops we visited.
Thanks to this tour, we were able to visit all the attractions we wished to see at a leisurely pace without having to figure out anything ourselves.
All the admissions, meals, and fuel costs were covered, including the tram ride up to the Great Wall.
We just sat back and enjoyed everything without a worry and managed to take over 400 beautiful photos during those 2 days!
All five of us believe this tour company provides a much higher value than the price we paid.
This tour experience was the perfect beginning for our trip!
