Drive to visit visit People's Square. Renmin Square is a large public square adjacent to Nanjing Road in the Huangpu District of Shanghai, where the the place of new Municipal Government Mansion lies in. A blue and white dovecot can be seen in the southwest side of the square. Renmin Square is also the city's important transportation hubs.

Then visit the Bund. The Bund, also called Zhongshan Road, is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. The most famous and attractive sights are the 52 various buildings of different architectural styles including Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque, Classicism and the Renaissance, which are also located at the west side of the Bund. The Bund was the centre of Shanghai's politics, economy and culture hundreds of years ago, consulates of most countries. Many banks, businesses and newspaper offices were settled there, and that's why we have these art-like buildings.

Have a short cruise on Huangpu River.

Then visit former French concession. With European architectural style building and open courtryard, the area shows the picture of the Old Shanghai.

Visit Huaihai No.1 Fashion Street.

Then visit Xintiandi Area. Shanghai Xintiandi, "The City's Living-Room", is where "yesterday meets tomorrow in Shanghai today." The mail building here is Shikumen buildings which is the architectural symbol of Shanghai in the 20th century. The internal spaces of the building have been designed to suit the up tempo lifestyle of the 21st century, with infinite details that exude the casual elegance of modern city living.

Be transferred back to your hotel after a Souvenir Shop visit. Remainder of the day is at leisure. (no dinner)
