Tour Itinerary:
Be met from your hotel in Beijing at 07:00 am. Drive 3 hours to Qinghuangdao.
Visit the First Pass of the Great Wall-Shanhaiguan. Situated to the
east of Qinhuangdao City, Shanhaiguan is known as the First Great Wall
Pass in the world. This section of Great Wall was just built in 1381.
Take sightseeing on the wall for 2 hours.
Have lunch in local restaurant.
Then we will visit the Old Dragon Head, the starting point of the Great
Wall from the east coast. Located 5 kilometers to the east of Shanhaiguan,
the starting point of the Great Wlall dips into the sea like a dragon's
head. This part of wass stands 10 meters high and dipping 21 meters
into the sea. Hence the name Old Dragon Head. It is a complex of a stone
fortification ,the Jinglu platform, the South sea pass, and the Chenghailou
Tower and the Ninghai Castle.
Be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing after the whole day tour.
Arrive in Beijing at around 19:00. (Lunch)
