The Hockey Field is one of the temporary venues for the 2008 Summer
Olympic Games scheduled to be held in Beijing . The field will be used
for the field hockey events during the Games. The Olympic Green Hockey
Field covers an area of 11.87 hectares . The capacity of the field is
of 17,000 spectators .
The Hockey Field is located at the Olympic Green in the Chaoyang District
in Beijing . The basic construction of the Olympic Green Hockey Field
has been completed. There are two courts in the field. The field will
be deconstructed after the completion of the Olympic Games.
