Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has 1 terminal and 3 runways by now. Covering an area of 370,000 square meters, the four-storied terminal building is composed of the main building, connected buildings, gallery and viaduct corridor. The third floor is the Departure Hall, with 8 entrances and exits. Taxis and airport buses can be stopped in entrances of directly. There is a visible electronic screen showing flight information near the Gate 4 of this floor. The second floor is the arrival mezzanine. The first floor is the Arrival Hall. The basement is connected to the metro station and parking areas.
The new terminal is under construction now and will be completed in 2018. At that time, the airport can handle 80 million passengers a year.
