Juyongguan Great Wall One Day Tour to Juyongguan Great Wall and Badaling Wild Animal World

Be picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private vehicle at 08:30 am. Drive to the famous Juyongguan Great Wall to start Juyongguan Great Wall 1 day trip.

The Great Wall was built and maintained between the 7th century BC and 17th century BC. It was originally built to protect the empire from northern invaders. The Great Wall stretches through the countryside over deserts, hills and plains for 8,851.8 kilometers.

Juyongguan Great Wall was built during the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644). Situated in a beautiful valley, Juyongguan was once listed as one of the eight best sceneries in Beijing. Buddhist carvings on a stone platform and the "cloud terrace" in the middle of the pass also worth seeing. Then visit Badaling Wild Animal World. Badaling Wild Animal World is different with Beijing Zoo in downtown. There are about 200 species of 10,000 animals, including 54 kinds of first class national protected animals, 62 kinds of second class national protected animals and 42 kinds of imported animals. Visitors can take the cage car to get into different areas and feed the animals. There is also a yard where visitors can drive electric cars to feed the animals.

Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour at around 18:00.
