Be picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private vehicle at 08:30 am.
Drive to visit Badachu Park. Surrounded by three hills, Badachu park possesses lovely weather and beautiful landscape. The name of the temple literally means "Eight Great Sites" which refers to the eight temples in the park. The park has been a holy place for Buddhists.
Then visit Dajue Temple. Dajue Temple was first built in 1068. It is also called one of the three Flower Temple in Beijing. There are 160 ancient trees including 1,000 year-old ginkgo biloba, 300 year-old magnolia.
Move on to visit Five Pagoda Temple. Five Pagoda Temple is known in Buddhist terminology as the "diamond throne pagoda" style. Built of stone and bricks,the temple is 13 meters high with three sections: the base, the seat and the top (five pagodas). The architectural style of the temple is a combination of Indian prototype with Chinese features.
Visit Fayuan Temple. As an old temple with the longest history in Beijing, Fayuan Temple is the location of Chinese Buddhist Institute and Museum of Buddhist Books. It is an important place to train young Sangha and study Buddhist culture. In the year 1983, Fayuan Temple was identified as the key temple in Han nation area of China. As the ancient architecture of Qing dynasty, Fayuan Temple was also listed in the fifth National Key Culture Relics Protection Units.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour at around 18:00.
