Detailed Itinerary

Day 1. Hong Kong – Shanghai
(Flight details would be sent to you via email, you will check-in the flight in Hong Kong by yourself)
Pick up at the airport in Shanghai, transfer to the hotel.  

Day 2. Shanghai City Tour
Pick up from your hotel at 9:00 AM.
Visit Yu Garden -one of the best Suzhou-style gardens in southern China. Then we will visit Jade Buddha Temple- famous Buddhist temple in downtown, and Shanghai Museum-known as the Museum of Ancient Chinese Art, where you will find more than 120,000 precious and rare works of art. Visit Nanjing Road and the Bund -famous waterfront with art-like buildings in China, the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years.
Transfer you back to hotel after the whole day tour. (B, L)

Day 3. Hangzhou Tour
Pick up from your hotel at 08:00 am.
Drive to Hangzhou.
Take one-day tour of this city including Ling Yin Temple -one of the ten most famous Buddhist temples of China. Cruise on West Lake, visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda -a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture.
Transfer back to your hotel in Shanghai after the whole day tour. (B, L)

Day 4. Shanghai – Huangshan
Transfer from the hotel to the airport in Shanghai.
Arrive in Huangshan, our local guide and private vehicle will meet you and transfer to the hotel.

Day 5. Huangshan
After breakfast, drive 80 kilometers (1.5 hour-drive) to Huangshan Scenic Area and take cable car at Yungu Station to the top of the mountain. After check-in and lunch, you will view Brush Pen Peak, tour Lion Peak and Xihai Grand Canyon, enjoy the sunset glow at the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion, etc. Stay overnight at the summit. (B, L, D)

Day 6. Huangshan, Huangshan Beijing
Try to get up early in the morning to catch the magical sunrise. After breakfast, visit the Begin-to-Believe Peak to see the grotesque pine trees. Take the cable car down to the foot of the Mt. Huangshan and drive back to the city of Huangshan to visit Tunxi Ancient Street. Located in the center of the Huangshan City, the Ancient Street was built 700 years ago in the Song dynasty. Its total length is about 1.5 km and the sides of the street are laid with slab stones. Visit Ink Stone Factory. Ink stone is the important part of "Four Treasures of the Study" in China. The Ink Stone Factory in Huangshan is one of the most famous ink stone factories in China, where you can see the whole working process.

Transfer to the airport to connect the flight to Beijing.
Pick you up at the airport, transfer to your hotel in Beijing. (B, L, D)  

Day 7. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Visit Tiananmen Square -the biggest downtown Square of the world. Walk around on Tiananmen Square. Then we will enter the Forbidden City from the north end of Tiananmen Square. Forbidden City also called Palace Museum and is located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Rectangular in shape, Forbidden City is the world's largest palace complex. Take sightseeing in Forbidden City along the central axis for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Then we will drive to Summer palace - 20 kilometers northwest of downtown Beijing. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. Take sightseeing for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (B, L, D)

Day 8. Ming Tombs, Badaling Great Wall, Peking Duck Dinner
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Drive one and half hours to the famous Badaling Great Wall -the most famous section of Great Wall, well maintained. It is easy to walk along this section of defensive project of ancient China. Take sightseeing on Badaling Great Wall for about 2 hours. Cable car is optional to get the top to have a bird view of the wall. Drive 20 minutes to Ming Tombs. Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing, Ming Tombs consist of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors. Changling is the most famous one. Construction of the Changling was started in 1409 and completed in 1427. Visit the tomb for one hour.
Move on to visit the Sacred Way for half an hour.
Drive back to Beijing city to have Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner. Eating Peking duck is seen to be one of the two things you are absolutely supposed to do while in Beijing. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (B, L, D)

Day 9. Temple of Heaven, Beijing – Hong Kong
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Visit Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420, Temple of Heaven is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. Take sightseeing in the attraction for one hour.

Be transferred to airport to connect flight to Hong Kong. (B, L)
