The Tibet coach tour need our confirmation before confirmation to travelers. 2. Please contact our tour advisor if travelers prefer to book hotel on their own. There will be a new quotation if hotel booked by travelers. Travelers needs to take taxi to our pick up place if your own hotel is far away. 3. Travelers needs to stay in guest at the area of Everest and Nam Co. The guest house is a multi-person room, there is no separate toilet and shower room, most of the guest houses in the Ali area have no bath room. Breakfast is not included and cannot be booked in advance. Accommodation arrangements are regardless of gender, nationality and age. Rongbu Temple tents will be arranged near the Everest during mid-April to mid-October; the Rongbu Temple Guest House will be arranged for the period of late October to the next April. There is a hotel in the Rongbu Temple and the Ali area, which needs separate quotation. 4. Extra transfer cost is needed when travelers reach Lhasa one day earlier than scheduled date. And there will be one extra day free at leisure, which needs one day tour guide cost. We can arrange Lhasa sightseeing after returning from other area of Tibet if travelers reach Lhasa one day later than scheduled date and missed one day Lhasa city tour. Or travelers may just skip the one of the Lhasa city sightseeing, we will make sure travelers can visit Potala Palace in the Lhasa city tour. 5. We have the rights to adjust the visiting sequece of the attractions in the itinerary according to the local conditions. 6. Tibet Entry Permission. The Tibet Entry Permission is needed after you have China Visa. It needs around 10 to 20 working days to get the permission. The permission can not be posted to out of China. 8. Sometimes, Tibet is not open during Tibetan New year (around the end of January to the end of the March). Please follow the advice of tour advisor. 9. Welcome dinner will be arrange in Lhasa. It is not available to refund if travelers do not need it. Breakfast is not available in local hotel during November to next March. Tour guide will arrange breakfast out of hotel, or refund the breakfast to guest. 10. The transfer from airport to hotel is included in the package. But for most of the time, travelers needs to wait other travelers for sometime. Travelers may take shuttle bus or taxi to hotel on their own, which needs to be paid on travelers own. 11. Travelers need to prepare their own breakfast if they take early morning flight departure from Lhasa. 12. Original Tibet Entry Permission is needed if travelers take flight to Tibet. Original Tibet Entry Permission is needed when travelers take train to Lhasa via Xian, Chongqing or Lanzhou. Colorful copy is OK when travelers take train to Lhasa from other city. Please prepare at least 3 copy of the Entry Permission. 关于拼团价格协议解释 1.关于几人发团：协议价上标注的人数的意思为组团社已经与我社确认的且此团人数达到规定人数的团队，未与我社确认的团队要根据询价日期才能确认能否发团； 2.关于酒店费用：我社团费里面包含的房费并不是单房差，一般比单房差的价格要低，如果客人要求不含酒店或者要求指定其他酒店请向业务员询价，以报价为准。如果客人自定酒店或者组团社自定酒店，酒店离我们此团大部分游客住的酒店太远我社不负责酒店接送，行程中客人自行到指定地点集合。 3.关于招待所床位：如果客人全程住招待所（含珠峰和纳木错），或者阿里地区住招待所床位的条件为：招待所为多人间，无独立卫生间和洗澡间，阿里地区大部分招待所无洗澡间。不含早餐，不能提前预定。住宿安排不分性别、国籍和年龄。珠峰4月中旬-10月中旬住绒布寺帐篷，10月下旬-次年4月上旬宿绒布寺招待所。绒布寺和阿里地区有酒店如果客人有需要可以单独询价。 4.关于发团日期：我社网站上凡是标注为 红色的日期即使人数为“0”也是可以报名的日期。我社发团日期均为客人抵达拉萨的日期。 5.如果客人的计划日期比我社团期提前一天或晚一天抵达的客人也可以收，但是要增加单独接/送机或者火车的费用。建议提前一天抵达的游客增加一天自由活动（如果不是法国国籍自由活动可以不含导游陪同）。晚一天抵达的游客可以调整行程先参观一天市内景点然后下地区，地区回到拉萨之后再补一天市内景点（导游和客人打的，打的费我社负责）。如果客人不愿意补这一天市内景点，我社可以保证客人市内一天能参观到布达拉宫。 6.关于行程参观顺序：我社有权根据当地实际情况对行程中的景点顺序做合理的调整，但不会故意遗漏一个景点。特别是旺季我们会根据布达拉宫的时间调整市内景点的参观顺序。 7.关于入藏函办理时间： 以上时间不包含西藏办证单位开会或者不办证的时间，也不包含入藏函邮寄时间。 8.关于入藏函邮寄时间： （1）一般顺丰邮寄时间为：拉萨-成都/重庆 48小时内抵达。拉萨-北京、上海、西安、广州等省会城市72小时内抵达。其他非省会城市时间会更长或者顺丰不能抵达。 （2）原则上入藏函是不能邮寄到国外，如果客人是在国内转机直接去西藏的可以安排人在机场送件，费用客人自理。 我社安排机场送件费用：成都150元/次，其他城市300-400元/次 （3）如果由于客人交资料的时间晚导致入藏函办理出来后不能使用顺丰快递邮寄的，产生航空快递费用或者找人从拉萨带入藏函出来的费用由客人负责 9.关于拼房：我社不承诺100%能为客人拼房，拼房以实际入住为准，如果没有拼上房客人可以选择交单房差或者其他方式解决住宿问题。拼房仅限住经济型酒店的游客。 10.11月-3月西藏大部分经济型酒店和舒适型酒店都不含早餐，我社会安排导游带客人到酒店外使用。或者把餐费退给游客，客人自己选择就餐地点。 11.关于欢迎晚餐：我社的欢迎晚餐一般安排在市内行程两天中的一天，如果客人不用我社不退任何费用。 12.关于接送机： （1）如果客人的时间本来在免费接机时间内，但是客人不愿意在机场等太久客人可以选择机场大巴或者打的回酒店，如果客人选择机场大巴回酒店大巴费用我社负责，但是机场大巴不能把客人直接送到酒店，客人还需从民航中心打的到酒店费用自理。如果客人选择从机场打的打酒店，打的费用客人自理。 （2）如果游客时间不在免费接送及内也不愿意交接送费用的，客人可以选择自己打的（加德满都飞机进藏除外） （3）如果送机时间是第一趟一般游客是没有时间在酒店使用早餐的，酒店也无法提供路早 13.关于入藏函： （1）飞机进藏需要邮寄原件（除加德满都）； （2）目前火车进藏西安、兰州、重庆需要邮寄原件，其他城市火车进藏用入藏函彩色复印件即可。复印件请至少准备两份. |
