Where we should be met ?

You will be met from your hotel lobby if you hotel located within 5th ring road. Please contact your toiur advisor if your hotel are far from downtown.



What time shall we be met?

You will be met at around 08:30 am if you take private tour. If you join in a bus tour, our tour guide will leave you a message or call you in the evening before tour date. Please get ready in you lobby before departure time.



How can i manage payment to Beijingservice?

Beijingservice team accept payment via the following method:
-Paypal, the days before tour date.
-Credit card, Visa, Master, American Express, JCB; one week before tour date.
-Western Union, 1 week before tour date.
-Bank account, 3 weeks before tour date
-Cash on tour date (if the tour do not need deposit to service provider, USD and Chinese currency are both acceptable) Please inform our tour advisor which method you prefer to use. Then we will provide further information.



How many attractions can we visit with a Beijing one day tour?

You can visit one to three attractions within one day time in Beijing. For Beijing city tour, you can visit three attractions, such as Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace one day tour. For attractions in suburb Beijing, you can visit two attractions, such as Badaling Great Wall and Ming Tombs One Day Tour. If the attraction is too far from Beijing, only one attractions is possible, such as Jinshanling Great Wall One Day Tour. Please let us know your preference when you book a tour.




Can i adjust the tour itinerary of the one day tour?

If you join in a bus tour, the adjustment is not available. It is possible to ajust the itinerary a little if it did not affect the timetable, if you take a private tour. But we suggest you to adjust the tour itinerary when make reservation with tour advisor of Beijingservice team. In this way, we have enough time to arrange details of the servie, which can make the tour more comfortable.


Can we visit two part of Great Wall within one day?

Yes, it is possible, such as Badaling Great Wall + Juyongguan Great Wall or Badaling Great Wall + Mutianyu Great Wall.  Please contact tour advisor if necessary.


Do you have wheelchair ?

Yes, Beijingservice team offers wheelchair for free use of our clients. But please make sure there is a young traveler can help to move the wheelchair.



Can we talk about visiting speed in attractions?
If you join in a bus tour, it is not available. It is possible to talk about visiting speed in attractions if you take private tour. But please follow the suggestion of our tour guide, this will make sure you can complete the tour as scheduled.



Can you arrange lunch for our one day tour if we need vegetarian food?

Yes, we can arrange the vegetarian food if you need. Actually we can arrange many kinds of lunch for Bejing one day tour. But please do let us know in advance, such as inform tour advisor of Bejingservice team when you make reservation. And you also talk about the flavor you favoured before lunch.



We used plenty of food for breakfast, can we skip lunch ? We need to leave much time to visit attractions.

Yes, it is possible to skip lunch. But please leave some time for guide and dirver for a quick lunch.



What time can we complete the Beijing one day tour?

Beijing one day tour can be completed at around 17:00 to 19:00. The accurate is depending on the traffic of tour date. .....
