Badaling was built in 1505 during the Ming Dynasty. This section of the Great Wall is the best preserved and most visited one. It is 7600 meters long and 1000 meters above sea level,commanding a

strategic position in ancient times.
Spend two hours on the Great Wall.

After Muslim lunch, transfer to visit the Niu Jie, the largest area inhabited by Muslims in Beijing.

Proceed to Tiananmen Square - the largest public square in the world. Surrounded by many well-known cultural and political institutions, the square is the final resting place of Chairman Mao Zedong. The square has witnessed the founding of the People's Republic of China.
