Beijing Two-Day Longqingxia Ice Lantern Tour will lead you to visit Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven the first day, Badaling Great Wall, Longqingxia Ravin the second day with private vehicle and tour guide.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven
Pick you up from the resort at around 08:30 am, and drive back to Beijing downtown city.Visit Forbidden City along the central axis for 1.5-2 hours.
Rectangular in shape, Forbidden City is the world's largest palace complex.Proceed to Summer Palace, the imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasties.Take about one hour to explore this serene respite.After lunch in a nice local restaurant, proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven.Spend time to learn the history, architecture, court anecdotes and etc.

You may also try to imagine how emperors in ancient times offered sacrifices to the heaven and prayed for good harvest. Our tour guide will introduce you Chinese culture as you like.
If you want to stop by Chinese silk shop, Jade factory, Cloisonne factory, or teahouse to see and learn in person, please tell our tour guide.
Transfer back to the hotel after the whole-day tour.

Day 2: Badaling Great Wall, Longqingxia Ice Lantern
Our English-speaking tour guide & private car/van will pick you up from your hotel lobby, and drive to Badaling Great Wall.As the most visited section of Great Wall in China, Badaling is located around 60 km northwest of Beijing in Yanqing County. The remnant Great Wall was built during the Ming Dynasty(1368–1644) with great military importance at that time.
Spend about 2 hours to admire the marvelous winter sceneries along the way while climbing up & down Badaling Great Wall.

If Great Wall hiking is not your cup of tea, taking cable car up and down is also a lovely choice.
After lunch, head for the Longqingxia Ravin in Yanqing County.
We are here to attend the Longqingxia Ice Lantern Festivel which is held every year.
The afternoon will be spent in enjoying the ice sculptures and carvings.
At the end of the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
