Dear Jasper, We had the most awesome time during our Beijing Tour and your tour service made such a difference . Our tour guide Walter was so very helpful and accommodating . He was very polite, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome at all times. The only recommendation we have is for the guides to have a portable speaker when talking and giving explanations on the bus and on the tour as it can be difficult and a strain for the guide to speak loudly for us to hear from the back of the bus and when we are walking around outside on the tours. I would suggest the portable speaker is kept in the bus and used when walking around to explain things to the group.
I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
Thank you again for making our tour great as we enjoyed every minute of it.
